30/03/2012 --> 10-11.59pm

* be at court at least 30 minutes early to set up boards and warm-up (Sasi did mention about punctuality)

Training 1: All players stands at 2 rows at each side of the court. 2 center players at the center will pass the ball around to the players at the side non-stop for 2 minutes. The 2 center players must call for the ball (call names). Training pace must be as intense as real match situation.

Training 2: Each players has a partner. Player no.1 will defend the ball while player no.2 will try to win the ball over. Training period last for 2 minutes before changing roles of player no.1 and no.2

Training 3: Consists of Forward 1 (F1), Forward 2 (F2), Defender 1 (D1) and Defender 2 (D2).
a) F1 will try to pass the ball to F2.
b) D1 will try to block F1's passing while D2 will try to man-mark F2.
c) When F2 receives the ball, F1 will then fake D1 to receive the pass from F2 to make a shot.

* Note1: F1 need to have eye-contact with F2 to know when to pass the ball.
* Note2: F2 need to fake D2 by going one direction (looks like really wants the ball) but then changes direction to the other side to receive the pass from F1.

Comments from Coach:
1) Every player need to go home and draw out the training drills and visualize it. It's important to do more THINKING!

2) Go home and train on ball control. The lower your body goes, the further vision your eyes will have on the court.

3) Those who have leg crams, please drink salt water during the match.

4) If you know wrist-shot, then you can score a lot of goals. Train more shots at home so you'll be able to explore more about the stick and the shots.

5) Very important to call each other's name during the game. It will create eye contact and confidence among the players.
